I started my real estate business several years ago knowing I would have to be twice as good as most agents to be selected by potential clients. I was in my twenties and new to the business, but ambitious and talented, and eager to show every client how hard I would work for them. Real Estate was always my destiny, I discovered I had been gifted with the “it” factor when it came to knowing what a hot area or an exceptional property was, and how well it would suit a particular client. As soon as I started listing and selling properties, my design and marketing skills seemed second-nature, as I had sellers succeeding with my services where others with years more in life and experience had often failed. The best part was that the end result often came with happiness and ease throughout the transaction; characteristics that many others told me were all too rare in this business.
 

It was with great pride that I created a business of relationships. First and foremost, I committed to honesty and open communication with my clients. I have always worked toward the goal of a transaction that leaves a seller feeling like they got the most money in the shortest time, or a buyer knowing they have the best piece of property that suits their needs. Making both owner-occupant and investor clients a priority has enabled me to sell anyone a piece of property that is not only exceptional, but also a good investment vehicle as well.

After jumping in with both feet and realizing my dreams of being a Realtor, a couple of years passed and I pursued a Broker’s license with the goal of eventually starting a company where the dreams, ideals and concepts were my own and those of my associates. It was at that point that Terrain Real Estate was born.

An ideal client for me is someone who knows that a successful business transaction starts with an honest relationship between the principal and a trusted professional. I work well with both buyers and sellers, as well as with owner-occupant clients and those wanting to add real estate to their investments. I have excelled with estate sales, clients who have been unsuccessful with other agents, and those who have decided they are done trying “For Sale by Owner.” My specialty is centrally-located properties, from marvelous mid-century modern renovations, to quaint, charming bungalows in the heart of “Old Austin”, to luxurious custom-built urban retreats and breezy downtown lofts. I adore Austin’s urban terrain, from Tarrytown to French Place, from Highland Park to Travis Heights, from Clarksville to Wilshire Wood to SoCo to Allandale…and if you don’t know all these wonderful areas by name, don’t worry, if you call me, you soon will.
